WATER LEAK ...
If you are having a water leak, look for a valve under the fixture. Turn the valve clockwise to shut it. If the valve won’t turn, look in the basement at the water meter or your pump tank those valves should turn all your water off. Turn the valves clockwise. If the valves are a lever type - - when the lever is at right angles to the valve the valve is off.
BLOCKAGE ...
Try to determine if just some lines are blocked or the total drainage system is blocked. If just a partial blockage is present use only the fixture’s that will flow away. Do not use Drain Solvents to open a completely blocked drain. Never pour Drain Solvents down a disposal or you will ruin the disposal and void the warranty.
SMELL GAS ...
Evacuate the premises immediately! Leave the doors open. Do not turn on any lights or use the telephone. Go to a safe location. Call your local Fire, Police, and your gas supplier. Do not go back into the property until told to do so by the authorities.
CALLING PARR'S ...
When calling Parr’s for an emergency and you must leave a message - - Please state on your message the nature of your emergency. If it’s a life or property damage problem don’t wait for a Call-Back call 911 tell the dispatcher what the problem is. They will respond with either
FIRE, POLICE or AMBULANCE
